Role Overview – Customer Experience & Partnerships Specialist
We are seeking a dynamic, self‑motivated professional to join our founding team as a Customer Experience & Partnerships Specialist. In this hybrid role, you will own the end‑to‑end customer journey while simultaneously building strategic partnerships that amplify arenaflex’s reach. You will be the voice of our users, the architect of our affiliate program, and the liaison to external advisors, lawyers, and financial professionals. Key Responsibilities
Customer Experience Management
- Design, write, and dispatch engaging email communications that nurture subscriber relationships and drive platform adoption.
- Respond to inbound customer service inquiries with empathy, speed, and resolution, turning challenges into loyalty‑building moments.
- Analyze user feedback, support tickets, and engagement metrics to identify pain points and recommend product enhancements.
- Develop and execute A/B testing strategies to increase the rate at which users share their arenaflex accounts with family and friends.

Partnership & Affiliate Program Development
- Launch and manage a multi‑segment affiliate program targeting moms, teenagers, retirees, and other key demographics.
- Recruit, onboard, and nurture affiliate partners, providing them with creative assets, performance dashboards, and ongoing support.
- Identify and pursue business development opportunities with financial advisors, estate planning attorneys, and life‑insurance agents to embed arenaflex into their client services.
- Track affiliate performance against revenue and acquisition goals, optimizing commission structures and promotional tactics.
- Coordinate weekly product research sessions with friends, family, and external stakeholders to gather insights that inform partnership messaging.
Cross‑Functional Collaboration
- Partner with marketing to craft compelling storytelling that resonates with parents at every life stage.
