Key Responsibilities

Business Development (Sales & Lead Management)

  • Engage inbound and outbound leads via chat, email, phone, SMS, and social media, expertly qualifying prospects and guiding them toward a purchase decision.
  • Maintain meticulous records in our CRM (Freshsales), ensuring every interaction, interest, and next step is accurately logged.
  • Identify and communicate growth opportunities to team leaders, contributing ideas that drive revenue and market expansion.
  • Complete daily sales tasks and follow‑up actions assigned through ClickUp and internal team boards.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align messaging, promotions, and product launches with sales objectives.

Business Support (Customer Success & Help Desk)

  • Provide end‑to‑end support for our valued clients via chat, email, phone, SMS, and social platforms, ensuring a seamless experience from purchase to post‑sale.
  • Assign, update, and label support tickets in Freshdesk with precision, adhering to established service level agreements.
  • Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) while actively suggesting improvements that enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Act as a brand ambassador, embodying arenaflex’s values of empathy, responsiveness, and proactive problem‑solving.

Creative Production (Ad Creation & Editing)

  • Transform raw video footage into compelling advertisements, adding voice‑overs, sound effects, and polished edits using Adobe Creative Cloud.
  • Organize and archive raw assets for future campaigns, maintaining a well‑structured media library.
  • Leverage AI tools such as Midjourney to generate lifelike images that align with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
  • Follow creative briefs and style guides to produce high‑impact ads that drive click‑through and conversion rates.

Email Marketing & Design (Klaviyo)

  • Design eye‑catching email templates and implement them within Klaviyo for targeted campaigns.
  • Collaborate with copywriters and designers to craft cohesive email sequences, promotional blasts, and automated flows.
  • Analyze campaign performance metrics (open rates, CTR, revenue) and iterate on design and copy for continuous improvement.

Landing Page Development

  • Build and refine landing pages using a drag‑and‑drop builder, tailoring layouts to specific audience segments.
  • Implement minor copy and design tweaks that enhance conversion pathways and reduce bounce rates.
  • Conduct A/B testing on page elements, interpreting results to recommend data‑driven optimizations.

Essential Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) environment, preferably with a focus on sales or customer support.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage high‑volume communication channels (chat, phone, email) while maintaining professionalism and empathy.
  • Proficiency with the following tools (training provided for any gaps):
    • Microsoft Teams, Google Workspace
