Role Overview – Data Entry Pharmacy Technician (Remote)
The data entry department is the engine room of arenaflex’s pharmacy operations. Key Responsibilities
- Interpret and accurately enter prescription orders into arenaflex’s FrameworkLTC and DocuTrack pharmacy platforms.
- Perform profile‑only data entry tasks, ensuring resident information is up‑to‑date and complete.
- Answer inbound calls from community partners, residents, and healthcare providers, delivering courteous and knowledgeable service.
- Monitor and respond to pharmacy‑related emails and messages promptly, maintaining professional communication standards.
- Investigate and resolve community or resident issues, escalating when necessary to ensure timely resolution.
- Adjudicate insurance claims, verify coverage details, and coordinate with payers to secure appropriate reimbursement.
