The Customer Service Representative is the front line of arenaflex’s commitment to “the customer is everything.” In this hybrid position—three days on‑site at our state‑of‑the‑art Vernon Hills campus and two days remote—you will become the trusted liaison between our field sales force, B2B partners, and internal operations. Your ability to anticipate needs, resolve order challenges, and provide accurate product information will directly influence order fulfillment speed, dealer satisfaction, and ultimately, the brand reputation of arenaflex.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner Communication: Engage proactively with sales representatives, dealers, and distributors via phone, email, and chat, delivering timely, courteous, and solution‑focused responses.
  • Order Management: Track order status, coordinate shipment logistics, process returns or exchanges, and ensure that every transaction moves smoothly from entry to delivery.
  • Product Expertise: Provide detailed information on arenaflex’s product portfolio, pricing structures, promotional offers, and technical specifications to help partners make informed purchasing decisions.
  • Troubleshooting & Resolution: Identify root causes of order discrepancies, collaborate with inventory, logistics, and finance teams, and implement swift corrective actions.
  • Documentation & Data Integrity: Accurately record all customer interactions in the CRM system, maintain up‑to‑date order histories, and generate reports that highlight trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Process Improvement: Contribute ideas for enhancing the customer journey, streamline internal workflows, and support the continuous improvement initiatives championed by arenaflex.
  • Education & Upselling: Coach partners on product features, best‑practice applications, and emerging trends, positioning arenaflex as a strategic advisor rather than just a supplier.

Essential Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years experience in a call‑center environment, sales support, or B2B account management, preferably within the manufacturing or distribution sectors.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework in business, communications, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, and data visualization; prior exposure to SAP or similar ERP systems is a strong advantage.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and professionally.
  • Demonstrated composure under pressure—maintaining a positive attitude while juggling multiple priorities and tight deadlines.
