Position Overview

This is a 100 % remote, full‑time opportunity. You will join a dynamic, multi‑state team that supports a variety of arenaflex business lines, including Student Enrollment Management, Alumni Placement Verification Services, and Student Loan Counseling. The role involves handling both inbound and outbound communications via phone, email, chat, and text, with a strong emphasis on outbound outreach to students of our client institutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain high productivity by meeting or exceeding outbound and inbound call volume targets.
  • Utilize telephone, email, live chat, and SMS platforms to engage with customers professionally.
  • Provide clear, concise, and courteous written responses to all customer inquiries.
  • Navigate arenaflex’s Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to log interactions, resolve technical issues, and follow up on open tickets.

  • Update and verify demographic and contact information in real time, ensuring data integrity across all systems.

Essential Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent (required).
  • Minimum of one year of experience in a customer service or call‑center environment, preferably within education, finance, or related sectors.
