Key Responsibilities

• Accurately translate physician‑ordered test requests, lab requisitions, and patient information from various formats (PDF, fax, scanned documents, electronic portals) into arenaflex’s proprietary order management system.
• Perform a thorough review of each incoming order to confirm that all required fields—patient identifiers, specimen type, collection date, and clinical indications—are complete and compliant with CLIA regulations.
• Communicate promptly with ordering providers, clinical staff, or internal teams to resolve missing or ambiguous data, ensuring no order is delayed due to incomplete information.
• Maintain a high‑throughput workflow by prioritizing orders based on urgency, specimen stability, and contractual service level agreements.
