Role Overview – Patient Advocate Data Entry I

As a vital member of the arenaflex Customer Success team, the Patient Advocate Data Entry I plays a central role in ensuring that every patient order is captured accurately, securely, and promptly. This position sits at the intersection of clinical operations, data integrity, and patient advocacy, supporting a high‑throughput CLIA‑certified laboratory. By translating physician‑ordered test requests into our secure database, you help maintain the seamless flow of information that enables rapid, reliable genetic testing and timely results delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Translate critical healthcare information and test orders from paper or electronic request forms into the arenaflex laboratory information system with meticulous accuracy.
  • Perform a thorough review of each incoming order to confirm that all required elements (patient identifiers, specimen details, test selections, and physician information) are present and complete.
  • Communicate any missing or ambiguous data to the ordering provider or internal team members, ensuring swift resolution and minimal delay.
  • Maintain a high level of quality throughput by meeting daily and weekly data entry targets while adhering to strict error‑rate thresholds.
  • Uphold compliance with CLIA, HIPAA, and all applicable regulatory standards, safeguarding patient confidentiality and data security at every step.
  • Collaborate closely with laboratory technologists, clinical coordinators, and the broader Customer Success team to support end‑to‑end order processing.

Essential Qualifications
