Position Overview – What You’ll Do

We are seeking motivated, self‑directed professionals to join our network of independent contractors as Remote Customer Service Representatives. In this role, you will serve as the voice of arenaflex’s clients, handling inbound phone calls, and when needed, assisting via chat or email. Your primary goal is to resolve inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and ensure each customer walks away satisfied. Because you are an independent contractor, you will enjoy the flexibility to shape your own schedule within the agreed‑upon client operating hours.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer inbound customer calls promptly, maintaining a friendly, empathetic, and professional tone.

Compensation & Incentives

Compensation is competitive and varies by client assignment, ranging from $14 to $20 per hour. Earnings are driven by your active phone status and the volume of customer interactions you handle. Schedule Flexibility

The majority of available shifts are during weekdays and daytime hours, but we understand the importance of work‑life balance. As an independent contractor, you can:

  • Adjust your weekly availability on a rolling basis, giving you the freedom to accommodate appointments, schooling, or other responsibilities.

Technology & Equipment Requirements

To ensure a seamless experience for both you and the customers you serve, arenaflex requires the following hardware and software standards:

  • Computer: Desktop or laptop with a minimum of 8 GB RAM. Tablets (iPad, Amazon Fire, Samsung Galaxy Tab, Chromebooks) are not permitted.
  • Operating System: Windows 11 (Apple OS may be accepted for specific clients).
  • Security: Active Windows Defender anti‑virus (or equivalent for Apple OS).
  • Headset: Wired USB headset with a clear microphone for professional audio quality.
  • Internet: High‑speed wired connection with at least 10 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload speeds. Mobile home or satellite internet is not supported.
  • Smartphone: Required for daily authentication and occasional verification steps.
  • Additional client‑specific equipment may be requested; details will be provided during onboarding.

Work‑Environment Requirements

Your home workspace must be quiet, dedicated, and free from background noise. This ensures you can focus on each call and maintain the high service standards expected by arenaflex and its clients.

Geographic Eligibility – Restricted Locations

Due to regulatory and client‑specific constraints, contractors residing in the following states or cities are not eligible for this role:

  • Alaska, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Hawaii, Illinois, Maine, Maryland, Michigan, Minnesota (Minneapolis & St. Paul), New Jersey, New York, Oregon, Rhode Island, Vermont, Virginia, Washington, Washington DC
  • Arizona (Flagstaff & Tucson)

Independent Contractor Relationship

When you join arenaflex, you will operate as an independent contractor. This means you are responsible for your own taxes, benefits, and insurance. arenaflex will not withhold payroll taxes, provide vacation pay, sick leave, retirement benefits, workers’ compensation, health or disability coverage, overtime, or unemployment insurance. Your contract will outline these terms, and you will agree to waive any claims for employee‑type benefits.
