Position Overview
arenaflex is seeking a highly organized, detail‑oriented Part‑Time Remote Administrative & Customer Service Specialist to support both back‑office functions and front‑line client interactions. This long‑term contract role (via Upwork) offers flexible remote work—approximately four hours of focused work each day, with an additional on‑call window of up to six hours for urgent communications. You will be the connective tissue between our customers, our Amish production team, and the broader arenaflex ecosystem, ensuring seamless operations, accurate data handling, and exceptional service experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Administration & Data Management
- Perform precise data entry for dairy cow performance sheets, including milk yield, health metrics, and breeding records.
- Conduct weekly data analysis to identify trends, flag anomalies, and generate concise reports for the farm manager.
- Process incoming applications for herdshare programs, verify documentation, and submit required forms to regulatory bodies.
- Maintain and update the company calendar, schedule appointments, and coordinate virtual meetings across multiple time zones.
- Assist the Human Resources function by updating the employee handbook, preparing onboarding packets, and tracking compliance paperwork.
- Organize, audit, and curate the shared Google Drive repository, ensuring that all files are correctly labeled, version‑controlled, and accessible to authorized team members.
- Manage inbound and outbound customer communications—including emails, phone calls, and text messages—ensuring timely, courteous, and accurate responses.
Customer Service & Client Relations
