Key Responsibilities

As the Sales Recruiter for arenaflex’s Customer Excellence organization, you will own the end‑to‑end recruiting lifecycle for a variety of post‑sales roles. Your day‑to‑day activities will include:

  • Designing and executing a strategic hiring plan that aligns with business objectives and market demands.
  • Partnering closely with hiring managers across the United States and APAC to understand role requirements, team dynamics, and success metrics.
  • Conducting proactive sourcing campaigns using advanced search techniques on arenaflex, professional networks, and niche talent communities.
  • Managing candidate pipelines, conducting thorough interviews, and delivering a seamless, high‑touch candidate experience.
  • Coordinating and participating in virtual recruiting events, career fairs, and industry meet‑ups to build brand awareness for arenaflex.
  • Leading or contributing to internal talent acquisition projects that improve processes, data analytics, and employer branding.
  • Mentoring junior members of the recruiting team, sharing best practices, and fostering a collaborative learning environment.
  • Maintaining accurate records in arenaflex (our applicant tracking system) and generating regular reports for leadership.
  • Continuously evaluating market trends, compensation benchmarks, and competitive intelligence to keep arenaflex ahead of the talent curve.

Essential Qualifications

To thrive in this role, you should bring the following experience and attributes:

  • Minimum 2 years of corporate or agency full‑cycle recruiting experience, with a focus on sales‑related or post‑sales positions.
  • Demonstrated success hiring for single‑threaded, newly created, and evergreen roles within fast‑growing technology environments.
  • Strong partnership skills—ability to advise and influence hiring managers, interview panels, and cross‑functional teams.
  • Exceptional organizational abilities, capable of juggling multiple searches, projects, and stakeholder relationships simultaneously.
  • Commitment to delivering an outstanding candidate experience, from first contact through onboarding.
  • Proficiency with arenaflex (LinkedIn) and arenaflex (LinkedIn Recruiter) for sourcing, as well as experience using an applicant tracking system—specifically arenaflex (Greenhouse) or comparable platforms.
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States on a permanent basis.

Preferred Qualifications & Skills

  • Experience recruiting for professional services, consulting, or customer success functions within SaaS or enterprise software companies.
  • Familiarity with data‑driven recruiting metrics, such as time‑to‑fill, source‑of‑hire, and candidate satisfaction scores.
  • Advanced knowledge of passive sourcing techniques, talent mapping, and pipeline development.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling job narratives and outreach messages.
  • Demonstrated ability to mentor and coach peers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Certification in talent acquisition or HR (e.g., SHRM‑CP, AIRS) is a plus.
