Key Responsibilities
Customer Experience Excellence
- Warmly greet every customer and patient, offering proactive assistance with products, services, and store navigation.
- Listen attentively to inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and follow up to guarantee satisfaction.
- Model and share best‑practice service habits—eye contact, courteous language, and a helpful demeanor—with all team members.
- Identify customer needs, suggest complementary items, and promote arenaflex service traits such as “service until satisfied” and “anticipate needs before they are voiced.”
- Provide specialized assistance in the photo department, including digital passport photos, poster printing, and creative machine operations, while upselling promotional photo products.
Retail Operations & Transaction Management
- Operate assigned cash registers with speed and accuracy, handling cash, credit, and electronic payments while maintaining balanced tills.
- Process voids, returns, rain checks, refunds, and exchanges in compliance with arenaflex policies and local regulations.
- Maintain clean, well‑merchandised counters and shelves; conduct regular inventory counts, price checks, and stock rotations using the first‑in‑first‑out method.
- Assist with receiving, pricing, and placement of new merchandise, ensuring compliance with store layout guidelines and safety standards.
- Implement asset protection procedures to identify and minimize shrinkage, including vigilant monitoring of high‑risk items.
- Ensure strict adherence to state and local laws governing regulated products such as alcoholic beverages and tobacco.
- Construct and refresh promotional displays, seasonal setups, and super‑structures, following visual merchandising standards.
- Support web‑order pick‑up operations by monitoring orders in Picture Care Plus, accurately picking items, and delivering them to waiting customers.
- Participate in store upkeep—both interior and exterior—by maintaining a tidy, organized, and inviting environment.
Training, Development & Special Projects
- Attend scheduled training sessions, complete performance‑linked learning modules, and apply new skills on the floor.
- Collaborate with managers on special assignments, such as seasonal inventory audits, community outreach events, or pilot program rollouts.
- Provide constructive feedback to peers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and shared success.
Essential Qualifications
- Fluent reading, writing, and speaking abilities in English (or the primary language of the store’s region).
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to meet the needs of our customers.

- Basic math proficiency for cash handling and transaction reconciliation.
