Why This Role Matters

As a Service Delivery Representative at arenaflex, you will be the connective tissue between our risk‑compliance group, client payroll teams, and partner banks. This is a 6‑month contract position with a clear pathway to permanent employment for high‑performing candidates.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries related to payroll processing, risk compliance documentation, and data verification.
  • Collect, clean, and analyze payroll and compliance data using advanced Excel functions (VLOOKUP, nested formulas, macros) to generate accurate reports for internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Collaborate closely with the risk‑compliance group to ensure that all client data meets regulatory standards and internal quality benchmarks.
  • Maintain and update client payroll records in our proprietary systems, ensuring timely and error‑free processing of payroll cycles.
  • Coordinate with partner banks to reconcile payroll disbursements, resolve discrepancies, and facilitate smooth fund transfers.
  • Provide administrative support for the risk‑compliance team, including preparation of audit documentation, scheduling of compliance reviews, and tracking of action items.
  • Deliver clear, concise communication—both written and verbal—to clients, internal teams, and senior leadership, translating complex data insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Continuously identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and enhanced data integrity, presenting proposals to management for implementation.

Essential Qualifications

  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a call‑center or customer‑service environment, preferably within financial services or payroll processing.
  • Technical Proficiency: Advanced Excel skills—including VLOOKUP, complex formulas, and macro creation—are mandatory. Familiarity with the broader Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) is required.
  • Communication: Demonstrated ability to write professional emails, create clear documentation, and articulate information verbally with confidence and poise.
