- Market Insight & Trend Monitoring: Stay ahead of entertainment travel trends, emerging technologies, and evolving client needs to keep arenaflex at the forefront of the industry.
- Strategic Account Planning: Create and maintain comprehensive account plans that uncover groundbreaking business opportunities and drive client satisfaction.
- Value Creation & Retention: Deliver measurable savings, improve service quality, and increase client retention through data‑driven analysis and process enhancements.
- Technology Road‑Mapping: Lead the adoption of arenaflex’s digital platforms, policy consultation tools, and online servicing solutions to streamline travel operations.
- Financial Management: Oversee P&L responsibilities, regional pricing strategies, and quarterly/annual business reviews for assigned accounts.

Essential Qualifications
