Key Responsibilities

Strategic Planning & Execution

  • Partner with the arenaflex Content Marketing team to integrate customer stories into blogs, videos, webinars, eBooks, press releases, user conferences, and other demand‑generation assets.
  • Design and launch a multi‑channel customer communication program—including newsletters, targeted email campaigns, and in‑app messaging—that nurtures engagement throughout the customer lifecycle.
  • Identify, develop, and showcase compelling customer case studies that illustrate product value, driving internal alignment and external credibility.
  • Support new product and feature launches by leveraging the customer community for early adoption, beta feedback, and co‑creation opportunities.
  • Collaborate closely with Product Management to craft adoption frameworks, define success metrics, and establish KPIs that measure usage, satisfaction, and renewal likelihood.
  • Work hand‑in‑hand with the Revenue Marketing team to design expansion campaigns that generate incremental revenue, cross‑sell, and upsell opportunities while educating clients on new capabilities.
  • Own the Customer Advisory Board (CAB), curating structured feedback loops, webinars, and peer‑to‑peer roundtables that surface strategic insights for product and go‑to‑market teams.
  • Recruit, enable, and amplify client advocates and peer reviewers, turning them into “SaaS Superheroes” who champion arenaflex in the broader market.
  • Track program effectiveness with clear, data‑driven KPIs, reporting on ROI, business impact, and continuous improvement recommendations.

Cross‑Functional Collaboration

  • Serve as the liaison between Customer Success, Sales, Product, and Marketing to ensure a unified, customer‑centric narrative.
  • Provide internal training and enablement sessions that keep all arenaflex employees informed about the latest customer wins, product enhancements, and market trends.
  • Leverage marketing technology stacks—including Salesforce, Pardot, 6sense (or comparable ABM platforms), AppCues, and webinar tools—to automate and scale outreach.

Essential Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of progressive marketing experience, with at least 2 years dedicated to customer‑focused marketing (e.g., advocacy, adoption, or community building).
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a proven ability to craft persuasive narratives for executive audiences.
  • Demonstrated success in fast‑growth, high‑velocity environments, showing adaptability to shifting priorities and tight timelines.
  • Strong organizational acumen, self‑drive, and meticulous attention to detail, especially when managing complex, cross‑functional initiatives.
