Key Responsibilities

  • Product Mastery: Develop, maintain, and articulate an in‑depth understanding of arenaflex’s digital suite—including arenaflex, arenaflex, arenaflex, and arenaflex—and how these solutions integrate seamlessly with campus Learning Management Systems (LMS).
  • Consultative Guidance: Conduct one‑on‑one and group sessions via video conferencing to deliver tailored training, best‑practice recommendations, and strategic consulting that align with each institution’s instructional design goals.
  • Pipeline Management: Leverage arenaflex’s CRM platform (arenaflex) daily to track customer stages, measure pipeline velocity, and monitor engagement metrics that drive renewal and expansion opportunities.

  • Collaboration with Sales: Partner closely with district Sales Representatives to build and nurture pipelines, identify upsell opportunities, and coordinate joint outreach that maximizes digital adoption.
  • Implementation Oversight: Lead the onboarding journey for new and returning customers, ensuring smooth rollout, configuration, and ongoing optimization of arenaflex’s digital products.
  • Issue Resolution: Diagnose and troubleshoot technical or usage challenges, collaborating with product, engineering, and support teams to deliver timely, effective solutions.
  • Feedback Loop: Capture and relay customer insights, feature requests, and market trends to product management, influencing the roadmap for future enhancements.
  • Continuous Learning: Actively participate in internal training, strategy sessions, and professional development workshops to stay ahead of industry trends and deepen subject‑matter expertise.
  • Travel & Relationship Building: Conduct occasional on‑site visits (5‑10% of time) to key accounts, fostering personal connections with decision‑makers and delivering hands‑on training when needed.

Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
  • 1–2 years of experience in customer success, client services, or software implementation, preferably within the higher‑education sector.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences with varying levels of digital fluency.
  • Proven track record of managing remote relationships, organizing virtual meetings, and maintaining meticulous documentation.
