Key Responsibilities

Customer Success & Onboarding

  • Serve as the first point of contact for new arenaflex clients, guiding them through the onboarding journey.
  • Deliver product demos, answer technical questions, and ensure customers achieve their desired outcomes.
  • Collect feedback, identify pain points, and propose enhancements to improve the overall client experience.
  • Collaborate with the product team to drive continuous process improvements and operational efficiencies.

Marketing Support & Campaign Execution

  • Assist in the creation and rollout of digital marketing initiatives, including email newsletters, social media posts, and promotional campaigns.
  • Track campaign performance metrics, generate reports, and recommend data‑driven adjustments.
  • Support content creation by drafting copy, designing visuals, and coordinating with external vendors.

Quality Assurance & Product Testing

  • Conduct systematic testing of arenaflex’s SaaS tools, documenting bugs and usability issues.
  • Provide clear, actionable feedback to developers and product managers to enhance system reliability.
  • Participate in user‑acceptance testing cycles and help define quality standards.

Event Planning & Community Engagement

  • Organize both internal team events and client‑focused gatherings, from webinars to in‑person meet‑ups.
  • Coordinate logistics, manage budgets, and ensure events align with brand messaging and business goals.
  • Foster relationships with industry partners and stakeholders to expand arenaflex’s network.

Human Resources & Talent Development

  • Support recruitment efforts by posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
  • Assist with new‑hire onboarding, benefits administration, and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Help maintain a positive workplace culture through recognition programs and internal communications.

Executive & Administrative Assistance

  • Provide high‑level administrative support to the Founder, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and expense processing.
  • Research market trends, compile data, and prepare presentations for strategic meetings.
  • Draft correspondence, manage contract documentation, and oversee special project timelines.

Essential Qualifications

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field is a plus.
  • Experience: Minimum two years of relevant work experience or a combination of education and experience. Prior exposure to customer success, marketing, or sales support is advantageous.
  • Technical Proficiency: “Day 1” competence with the arenaflex productivity suite (formerly Microsoft Office), and the ability to quickly master additional software tools such as arenaflex (video conferencing), arenaflex (team collaboration), and arenaflex (CRM platforms).
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal abilities, with meticulous attention to grammar, spelling, and tone.
  • Self‑Management: Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines while collaborating effectively with remote and in‑person teams.
  • Flexibility: Willingness to adjust work hours to accommodate time‑critical business needs and occasional travel within the region.

  • Experience in a startup or high‑growth environment where wearing multiple hats is the norm.
