Role Overview

This senior‑level position sits at the intersection of data analytics, market research, and brand communications. You will lead the design, execution, and interpretation of custom research projects, oversee agency collaborations, and synthesize findings into actionable insights that drive brand health, consumer engagement, and stakeholder confidence. Your work will directly influence arenaflex’s messaging, sponsorship activations, and CSR programs, ensuring they resonate with both consumer and B2B audiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Partnership: Collaborate with C‑suite executives and senior leaders to identify critical business challenges and translate them into data‑driven research objectives.
  • Research Design & Execution: Conceptualize and oversee custom research initiatives—including Brand Measurement Trackers, driver analysis, perceptual mapping, and correlation studies—to generate deep, actionable insights.
  • Agency Leadership: Direct research agency analytic teams, ensuring rigorous methodology, advanced analytics, and timely delivery of insights that inform brand strategy and public relations.
  • Annual “State of the Brand” Report: Lead a cross‑functional task force to produce a comprehensive, enterprise‑wide report that evaluates the health, strength, and trajectory of the arenaflex brand.
  • Project Management: Manage end‑to‑end research projects—from scoping and budgeting to delivery—maintaining a focus on uncovering insights that enhance brand perception.
  • Sponsorship Impact Measurement: Partner with the sponsorship team to identify fan‑centric activations, measure their effect on brand associations, and recommend optimization strategies.
  • CSR Research Collaboration: Work closely with the Corporate Social Responsibility team to assess program relevance, societal impact, and alignment with arenaflex’s brand values.
  • Insight Communication: Craft clear, compelling presentations and reports tailored to diverse audiences, from senior executives to operational teams, ensuring insights drive decisive action.
  • Team Development: Mentor junior analysts, foster a culture of curiosity, and champion best practices in research methodology and data storytelling.

Essential Qualifications

  • Minimum eight years of relevant experience in market research, brand analytics, or a related field, demonstrated through professional, military, or specialized training pathways.
  • Proven expertise in designing and executing both small‑scale and large‑scale research projects that incorporate primary and secondary data collection.
  • Advanced knowledge of media monitoring and analysis tools, with the ability to synthesize multi‑source data into coherent insights.
  • Exceptional analytical acumen, including experience with driver analysis, correlation studies, and perceptual mapping techniques.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a track record of delivering persuasive presentations to senior leadership.
  • Demonstrated ability to work autonomously while also thriving in collaborative, cross‑functional environments.
  • Experience managing research agency partners, from project inception through delivery, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
  • Background in conducting market research specifically for public relations and brand communications purposes.
  • Hands‑on experience with marketing communications across mobile, digital, and social media platforms.
  • Leadership experience—either through direct people management or influential project leadership.
  • Exposure to both consumer and B2B audiences, understanding the nuances of each segment.
