As a Data Analyst – Customer Success you will be the analytical bridge between arenaflex’s cutting‑edge platform and the customers who rely on it to drive business outcomes. You will partner closely with Engagement Managers, product engineers, and external stakeholders to translate complex vehicle data into clear, actionable recommendations. Key Responsibilities

• End‑to‑End Project Ownership: Lead analytics projects from initial design through implementation, ensuring timely delivery and measurable impact.
• Data Exploration & Insight Generation: Dive deep into large‑scale time‑series and telematics datasets, uncovering trends, anomalies, and root causes that matter to customers.
• Dashboard Development: Build and maintain intuitive, self‑service dashboards that enable clients to monitor key performance indicators and make data‑driven decisions.
• SQL & Python Engineering: Write, optimize, and refactor complex SQL queries and Python scripts to extract, transform, and load data efficiently.
• Pipeline Maintenance: Enhance data pipelines using Python, with a preference for experience in the Kedro framework, to ensure reliability and scalability.

Essential Qualifications

• 3–6 years of professional experience as a full‑time data analyst or equivalent analytical role.
• Demonstrated ability to own analytics projects from concept to delivery, including stakeholder management.
• Proficiency in Python for data manipulation, statistical analysis, and pipeline development.
• Strong command of SQL, with experience writing performant queries against large, time‑series datasets.
• Track record of building production‑grade dashboards (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker) that drive customer adoption.
• Experience analyzing telematics or automotive data is a plus, though not mandatory.
• Familiarity with machine learning model monitoring and iteration is highly desirable.
