Key Responsibilities

  • Leverage an established portfolio of logistics clients to generate new revenue streams for arenaflex, aligning opportunities with our service capabilities.
  • Own a strategic set of key accounts, acting as the primary point of contact, ensuring satisfaction, and driving upsell and cross‑sell initiatives.
  • Identify and cultivate new business prospects through proactive networking, cold outreach, industry events, and referral programs.
  • Respond to Requests for Quotations (RFQs) and Requests for Proposals (RFPs) with compelling, data‑driven proposals that showcase arenaflex’s expertise and value proposition.
  • Partner closely with operations, carrier management, and technology teams to guarantee seamless service delivery and rapid resolution of any client concerns.
  • Monitor shipment visibility, providing customers with proactive updates, performance metrics, and actionable insights.
  • Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as win rates, pipeline velocity, and customer satisfaction scores, recommending process improvements where needed.
  • Utilize transportation management software (TMS) and customer relationship management (CRM) tools to maintain accurate account records, forecast revenue, and report on sales activities.
  • Contribute to the development of sales playbooks, pricing strategies, and market intelligence reports that support the broader arenaflex sales organization.

Essential Qualifications

  • Demonstrated portfolio of existing logistics customers, with a track record of converting relationships into measurable revenue growth.
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in truckload freight operations (dry van, reefers, flatbeds), encompassing pricing, carrier sales, procurement, and customer service.
  • At least 5 years of B2B sales experience, preferably within transportation, logistics, or supply chain services, showcasing strong negotiation and closing abilities.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex logistics solutions to senior stakeholders.
  • Highly organized, self‑motivated, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast‑paced, remote work environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with transportation management software platforms.
