Our service division is expanding rapidly, and we need dedicated professionals who can help us schedule and dispatch HVAC, plumbing, and electrical service calls across the metro area. As a Weekend Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring that every interaction is friendly, efficient, and aligned with arenaflex’s core values. Key Responsibilities

  • Inbound Call Management: Answer incoming calls promptly, using a scripted approach to schedule HVAC, plumbing, and electrical service, maintenance, and sales appointments.
  • Dispatch Coordination: Accurately set up customer profiles, assign service technicians, and ensure that each job is logged in our scheduling system.
  • Prioritization & Efficiency: Follow call‑type prioritization guidelines to maximize productivity while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Sales Support: Serve as a backup for sales coordinators by handling inbound sales inquiries and assisting with outbound outreach when needed.
  • Multitasking: Manage multiple tasks simultaneously, including data entry, call handling, and occasional email or chat support.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with field technicians, sales staff, and management to resolve scheduling conflicts and ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Continuous Improvement: Provide feedback on call scripts, scheduling processes, and customer pain points to help refine arenaflex’s service model.

Essential Qualifications

  • 2–3 years of experience in HVAC, plumbing, or related residential customer service (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and professionally over the phone.
  • Strong understanding of the Twin Cities residential market is a plus.
  • Proficiency with standard office software (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace) and familiarity with CRM or scheduling platforms.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to remain calm, organized, and detail‑oriented while handling a high volume of calls.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a call‑center or dispatch environment.
  • Knowledge of basic HVAC, plumbing, or electrical terminology.
