The Customer Account Representative – Outbound Calling is a critical front‑line position that fuels arenaflex’s growth engine. You will be the voice that introduces new surgical solutions to prospective clients, nurtures existing relationships, and drives revenue through strategic cross‑selling and upselling. Key Responsibilities
1. Lead Identification & Qualification
- Leverage a variety of prospecting tools (industry databases, LinkedIn, trade publications, and specialized healthcare platforms) to capture high‑quality leads within acute and non‑acute care environments.
- Conduct thorough territory research to uncover market trends, competitive dynamics, and emerging opportunities.
- Enter, track, and manage leads in Salesforce, ensuring data integrity and timely follow‑up.
- Utilize analytics dashboards (Power BI, Tableau equivalents) to monitor lead generation metrics, conversion rates, and pipeline health.
2. Customer Retention & Support
- Partner with internal teams (clinical support, logistics, finance) to resolve customer satisfaction issues swiftly and effectively.
- Maintain a proactive outreach cadence with existing accounts, ensuring they receive the right products at the right time.
- Assist the sales team in onboarding new customers, guiding them through order placement, contract terms, and product education.
- Document all interactions in the CRM, providing a single source of truth for account history and future opportunities.
3. Collaboration & Reporting
- Work closely with the Wound Closure (WC) sales team to identify cross‑selling and upselling possibilities that align with customer needs.
- Support the sales organization in achieving quarterly and annual revenue targets by delivering qualified leads and actionable insights.
- Prepare regular performance reports for management, highlighting lead conversion trends, churn rates, and revenue forecasts.
- Share market intelligence with product managers and leadership to influence product development and pricing strategies.
4. Customer Outreach & Connectivity
- Design and execute communication plans for new‑account onboarding, post‑order follow‑up, and ongoing engagement.
- Analyze buying patterns, contract pricing, and churn metrics to recommend retention tactics and growth initiatives.
- Conduct periodic check‑ins with customers to gauge satisfaction, uncover purchasing opportunities, and preempt potential service issues.
- Escalate complex challenges to functional leaders, ensuring swift resolution and maintaining strong customer relationships.
Essential Qualifications
