Why This Role Matters
The Customer Value Manager (CVM) sits at the heart of arenaflex’s customer success engine. In this role, you will partner with arenaflex customers worldwide to unlock the full value of the TXM platform, ensuring that each client not only adopts the technology but also experiences measurable business outcomes. Your strategic guidance will drive adoption, optimize usage, and lay the groundwork for expansion and net retention. By delivering tangible value, you will help arenaflex maintain its reputation as a trusted advisor and a catalyst for transformative talent strategies.
Key Responsibilities – What You’ll Own
- Strategic Business Impact: Deeply understand each customer’s business objectives, challenges, and growth opportunities, translating these insights into actionable plans that drive measurable impact.
- Value Realization & Retention: Champion the value of the TXM platform across your portfolio, proactively identifying adoption gaps, recommending optimization tactics, and ensuring high renewal rates.
- Product Education & Advocacy: Keep customers informed about new product capabilities, articulate value propositions, and position arenaflex as a strategic partner in their talent initiatives.
- Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, product, professional services, and support teams to create a seamless, end‑to‑end customer journey from post‑signature through go‑live and beyond.
- Stakeholder Relationship Management: Own the post‑sale relationship, nurturing executive sponsors, champions, and day‑to‑day users to build long‑term loyalty.
- Success & Adoption Planning: Develop detailed success plans after the sales handover, setting clear expectations, milestones, and KPIs for partnership success.
- Champion Enablement: Design and deliver training, certification, and persona‑based enablement programs that empower customer champions to become internal advocates.
- Office Hours & Early Adoption Support: Host regular office hours, monitor early adoption metrics, and intervene quickly to resolve issues and accelerate value realization.
Essential Qualifications – What We Require
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a Customer Success, Customer Value, or similar role within the SaaS industry.
- Proven track record of driving adoption, usage, and retention for enterprise‑level software solutions.
- Strong analytical mindset with experience using metrics, dashboards, and reporting tools to monitor health scores and forecast renewal outcomes.
- Exceptional communication skills, capable of holding value‑based conversations with C‑suite executives and key business stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex product portfolios and translate technical features into business benefits.
- Robust organizational and project‑management capabilities, with a knack for juggling multiple customer plans simultaneously.
- Experience designing and delivering training programs, certifications, and user enablement initiatives.
- Self‑starter attitude, comfortable working in a fast‑paced, remote‑first environment while maintaining high visibility and accountability.

Compensation & Perks
The role offers a competitive salary range of $75,000 – $90,000, commensurate with experience and market benchmarks.
