The Data Entry Processor position is a critical component of arenaflex’s Operations Services team. Working the night shift, you will provide essential production support across multiple operational systems, ensuring that check‑processing and deposit transactions are accurately captured, corrected, and balanced. Key Responsibilities

  • Data Capture & Entry: Prepare physical items for processing on capture devices, perform data perfection, and enter deposit transaction details that require correction.
  • Transaction Verification: Review, validate, and reconcile check‑processing data to ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards.
  • Exception Management: Identify, analyze, and resolve data exceptions by interpreting transaction information and applying corrective actions.
  • Document Handling: File, retrieve, and organize physical and electronic documents in accordance with arenaflex’s records‑management procedures.
  • Balancing & Reporting: Perform balancing tasks, generate daily production reports, and communicate status updates to internal partners.
  • Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Interact with multiple internal teams—including Operations, Compliance, and IT—to troubleshoot issues and streamline workflows.
  • Continuous Improvement: Contribute ideas for process enhancements, automation opportunities, and best‑practice adoption to increase efficiency.
  • Adherence to Schedule: Work the designated night shift (Wednesday‑Sunday, 4 am – 12:30 pm) and maintain consistent attendance and punctuality.

Basic Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted).
  • Less than one year of professional work experience; recent graduates or career changers are encouraged to apply.
