Role Overview

We are seeking a meticulous and motivated Data Entry Operator to join arenaflex’s data management hub. In this role, you will be responsible for entering, verifying, and maintaining high‑quality data across multiple internal databases and cloud‑based platforms. Your work will directly support critical business processes, from customer onboarding to compliance reporting, ensuring that the information flowing through our systems is reliable, up‑to‑date, and secure.

Key Responsibilities

  • Enter customer and account information from a variety of source documents—including paper forms, scanned PDFs, and electronic submissions—within established timeframes.
  • Compile, sort, and prioritize incoming data sets to prepare them for efficient computer entry, adhering to arenaflex’s data‑quality standards.
  • Conduct thorough reviews of entered data to identify deficiencies, inconsistencies, or errors; correct discrepancies and document any unresolved issues for further investigation.
  • Research and obtain supplemental information when source documents are incomplete, collaborating with the Data Manager and other team members as needed.
  • Operate office equipment such as scanners, fax machines, and multi‑function printers to digitize hard‑copy records and ensure seamless integration into electronic workflows.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality of all proprietary and personal data, complying with arenaflex’s data‑security policies and relevant regulatory requirements (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA).
  • Respond promptly to internal queries regarding data status, providing accurate information and facilitating access to relevant files.
  • Monitor and report any equipment malfunctions or software glitches, working with IT support to minimize downtime and maintain productivity.
  • Participate in regular data‑integrity audits, contributing to continuous‑improvement initiatives that enhance overall data quality.
  • Assist in the development and refinement of standard operating procedures (SOPs) for data entry, ensuring that best practices are documented and shared across the team.

Essential Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Data Entry Operator, Data Entry Clerk, Office Clerk, or in a comparable role where high‑volume data handling was a core responsibility.
  • Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) and familiarity with data‑management software such as SQL‑based tools, CRM platforms, or custom arenaflex applications.
  • Exceptional typing speed (minimum 70 WPM) with a high degree of accuracy (error rate ≤ 2%).
  • Strong command of English spelling, grammar, and punctuation, ensuring that all entered text meets professional standards.
