As a Bilingual Spanish & English Customer Service Representative, you will be the front‑line ambassador who not only resolves inquiries but also proactively retains clients, gathers actionable insights, and helps shape the future of our color solutions. This is a remote, full‑time position with a consistent Monday‑through‑Friday schedule (8 AM – 5 PM PST), offering a stable platform for you to showcase your communication talents, sales acumen, and cultural empathy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Multichannel Support: Deliver prompt, courteous assistance via phone, email, and live chat in both English and Spanish, ensuring every interaction reflects arenaflex’s brand standards.
  • Consultative Retention Sales: Apply solution‑selling techniques to uncover client goals, educate prospects on the benefits of arenaflex’s custom color system, and present tailored recommendations that prevent churn.
  • Client Retention & Advocacy: Meet and exceed individual retention targets, turning at‑risk customers into loyal advocates through personalized follow‑ups and value‑added suggestions.
  • Accurate Documentation: Log all client interactions, outcomes, and follow‑up actions in the CRM (Zendesk preferred) with precision, enabling cross‑functional teams to access reliable data.
  • Cross‑Department Collaboration: Partner with Marketing, Product Development, and Operations to relay client feedback, troubleshoot issues, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Social Media Engagement: Respond to customer reviews and inquiries on social platforms, reinforcing arenaflex’s reputation for responsiveness and authenticity.
  • Professional Development: Participate in scheduled training sessions, occasional in‑person gatherings at our El Segundo, CA headquarters, and ongoing coaching to sharpen your sales and service expertise.

Essential Qualifications

  • Native‑level fluency in both English and Spanish, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in a customer‑service or call‑center environment, preferably with a focus on retention or solution‑based sales.
  • Demonstrated ability to sell services or solutions over the phone, maintaining a polished and persuasive presentation style.
  • Hands‑on experience with CRM platforms (Zendesk experience is a strong plus) for tracking daily calls, notes, and outcomes.
  • Proven track record of retaining a high percentage of clients, backed by measurable metrics.
  • Strong organizational skills, self‑motivation, and a results‑driven mindset.
  • Stable high‑speed internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps download/upload) to support remote work.
  • Eligibility to work in the United States and ability to travel to the arenaflex headquarters in El Segundo, CA for occasional training and team‑building events.
