Key Responsibilities

  • Answer and triage inbound communications: Respond to phone calls, text messages, and emails promptly, capturing essential details and providing courteous, solution‑focused assistance.
  • Job scheduling and dispatch: Input service requests into the scheduling system, assign jobs to the appropriate technician based on skill set, location, and availability, and ensure all assignments are clearly communicated.
  • Quote preparation: Utilize basic locksmith pricing guidelines to generate accurate estimates for customers, explaining pricing structures and answering any related inquiries.
  • Follow‑up and closure: Track job progress, confirm completion with technicians, close out work orders in the system, and send final invoices or estimates as needed.
  • On‑call coverage: Adhere to a rotating on‑call schedule, guaranteeing that every customer call is answered and every urgent request is routed without delay.
  • Data integrity: Maintain meticulous records of all interactions, ensuring that customer information, job details, and billing data are accurate and up‑to‑date.

Essential Qualifications

  • Proven ability to work remotely with a reliable computer, high‑speed Wi‑Fi, and a smartphone.

Compensation, Perks & Benefits
