Role Overview

The Logistics and Customer Service Coordinator at arenaflex plays a pivotal role in bridging the gap between our warehouse floor, installation crews, and the customers we serve. Key Responsibilities

  • Material Staging & Preparation: Organize, stage, and prepare all window components, hardware, and accessories for timely deliveries and pick‑ups, guaranteeing accuracy and minimizing errors.
  • Warehouse Inventory Management: Maintain an orderly, well‑labeled inventory system; conduct regular cycle counts, reconcile discrepancies, and support continuous improvement of warehouse workflows.
  • Installation Logistics Coordination: Work closely with the operations team to schedule installations, allocate resources, and communicate any special handling requirements for custom orders.
  • Client Site Visits & Measurements: Travel to residential and commercial sites, represent arenaflex professionally, and take precise measurements using laser tools and manual methods to ensure flawless order fulfillment.
  • Customer Service Excellence: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients via phone, email, and in‑person interactions; address inquiries, resolve concerns, and provide proactive updates throughout the order lifecycle.
  • Team Collaboration: Partner with sales, production, and installation crews to synchronize efforts, share critical information, and achieve on‑time delivery targets.
  • Safety & Cleanliness: Uphold arenaflex’s safety standards by maintaining a clean, hazard‑free work environment and adhering to proper lifting techniques.
  • Physical Handling: Safely lift, move, and load materials weighing up to 100 lbs, employing proper ergonomics and equipment as needed.

Essential Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical or logistics training is a plus.
  • Demonstrated reliability with a strong work ethic and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Physical ability to lift and maneuver items up to 100 lbs on a regular basis.
  • Exceptional organizational and time‑management skills, with the capacity to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast‑moving environment.
