Position Overview

The Customer Service Representative (CSR) is the first point of contact for every guest who walks through our doors or calls in. As the face of arenaflex, you will set the tone for the entire dining experience, turning casual visitors into loyal fans. Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately take and process orders—both in‑store and over the phone—using our state‑of‑the‑art point‑of‑sale (POS) system.
  • Maintain a spotless work area by regularly cleaning and sanitizing surfaces, equipment, and customer touchpoints in compliance with health‑safety standards.
  • Prepare pizza and related menu items to arenaflex’s exacting quality standards, ensuring every order leaves the kitchen perfectly crafted.
  • Develop and apply strong organizational and inventory skills, including stock rotation, product replenishment, and waste reduction.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by listening attentively, answering questions, and resolving concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Demonstrate effective time‑management and multitasking abilities in a fast‑paced environment, balancing order flow, food preparation, and guest interaction.
  • Operate all in‑store equipment safely, from ovens and dough mixers to cash registers and digital ordering kiosks.
  • Take ownership of problem‑solving, escalating issues when necessary while striving for first‑contact resolution.

Essential Qualifications

  • Minimum age of 16 years (or older, depending on local labor regulations) with a valid work permit where required.

  • Ability to stand, walk, sit, and lift up to 25 lb throughout the shift.
