Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated, bilingual (English/Spanish) Property & Casualty (P&C) Licensed Insurance Agent to join our Customer Service team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for both agents and policyholders, handling inquiries, processing policy changes, and delivering exceptional service across multiple communication channels. This is a remote, full‑time position with a structured training program, flexible shift options, and a clear path for advancement within arenaflex’s expansive insurance practice.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide prompt, courteous, and accurate responses to inbound and outbound customer and agent inquiries regarding P&C policies, billing, and coverage details.
  • Assess client insurance needs through thorough questioning, recommend appropriate coverage options, and effectively market arenaflex’s insurance products.
  • Process policy endorsements, cancellations, renewals, and other licensing‑required changes while maintaining compliance with state regulations.
  • Document all interactions in arenaflex’s CRM system, ensuring data integrity and timely follow‑up.
  • Manage multiple communication streams simultaneously (phone, email, chat) while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
  • Collaborate with underwriting, claims, and sales teams to resolve complex issues and deliver seamless customer experiences.
  • Participate actively in the structured training curriculum, including self‑directed learning modules, facilitator‑led sessions, and live‑call simulations.
  • Adhere to arenaflex’s attendance and performance standards during the onboarding and nesting phases.
  • Contribute ideas for process improvements and share best practices with peers and supervisors.

Essential Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year proven experience in a customer service or sales environment, preferably within the insurance industry.
  • Active Property & Casualty insurance license in the state(s) where you will be servicing customers.
  • Fluent in both English and Spanish (spoken and written) – bilingual capability is mandatory.
  • Strong knowledge of P&C insurance products, policy structures, and industry regulations.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word) and comfort navigating multiple online applications.
  • High typing speed and accuracy, with demonstrated multitasking ability across chat, email, and phone platforms.
  • Self‑motivated learner who can thrive in a hybrid virtual training environment, maintaining camera presence and active participation during facilitator‑led sessions.

Preferred Qualifications & Additional Skills

  • Prior experience handling insurance policy changes that require a licensed professional.
  • Familiarity with CRM or ticketing systems such as Salesforce, ServiceNow, or arenaflex’s proprietary platform.
  • Certification in customer service excellence (e.g., HDI, COPC) or related insurance designations (CIC, AIC).
  • Demonstrated ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to support a 7‑day service model.
  • Strong problem‑solving mindset and a commitment to continuous improvement.

Career Growth & Learning Opportunities

arenaflex invests heavily in employee development. Upon successful completion of the 9‑week training program (including 2 weeks of nesting), you will have access to:

  • Advanced product training and specialty certifications (e.g., Commercial Lines, Cyber Insurance).
  • Mentorship programs pairing you with senior agents and managers.
  • Internal mobility pathways to roles such as Account Manager, Underwriting Assistant, or Claims Specialist.
  • Leadership development tracks for high‑performing agents interested in supervisory or managerial positions.
