As a Customer Service Associate (CSA) at arenaflex, you are the frontline ambassador who brings our brand promise to life. Key Responsibilities
- Guest Engagement: Greet every customer with a warm, genuine smile; listen attentively to their needs; and provide personalized recommendations that enhance their visit.
- Food Preparation & Presentation: Assemble breakfast items, made‑to‑order sandwiches, specialty beverages, and pizzas with precision and care; keep the coffee station organized and stocked.
- Point‑of‑Sale Operations: Operate the cash register efficiently; process cash, credit, and digital payments; activate fuel and gift cards; and manage lottery tickets and age‑restricted product verification.
- Merchandising & Stock Management: Ensure shelves are fully stocked, products are fresh, and displays are visually appealing; rotate inventory to minimize waste.
- Store Cleanliness & Safety: Follow established policies and procedures to maintain a clean, safe, and inviting environment; perform routine housekeeping tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and trash removal.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with fellow Associates to support peak‑time demands, share knowledge, and uphold arenaflex’s standards of excellence.

Essential Qualifications – What We’re Looking For

Compensation, Benefits & Perks
arenaflex offers a competitive hourly wage ranging from $16.00 to $20.00, commensurate with experience, location, and performance. In addition, Associates receive a $1.50 shift differential for hours worked between 12 am – 6 am, reflecting our appreciation for night‑shift dedication.
