Key Responsibilities

  • Team Leadership & Development: Directly manage a diverse group of approximately 60 virtual assistants based primarily in the Philippines, fostering a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and high morale.
  • KPI Design, Monitoring & Optimization: Define, track, and analyze critical performance metrics such as response time, conversion rate, customer satisfaction scores, and chat volume. Implement data‑driven adjustments to exceed targets consistently.
  • Recruitment & Onboarding: Own the end‑to‑end hiring cycle for new chatters – from crafting compelling job ads, conducting virtual interviews, assessing language proficiency, to orchestrating seamless onboarding experiences.
  • Script Creation & A/B Testing: Write persuasive, brand‑aligned chat scripts that guide prospects through the sales funnel. Conduct regular A/B tests to refine messaging, tone, and call‑to‑action effectiveness.
  • Sales Enablement Through Chat: Coach VAs on advanced sales techniques, objection handling, and relationship‑building tactics specific to text‑based channels. Ensure each conversation maximizes upsell and cross‑sell opportunities.
  • Quality Assurance & Continuous Feedback: Implement rigorous QA processes, conduct weekly performance reviews, and provide actionable feedback to elevate the overall quality of interactions.
  • Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Partner with Marketing, Product, and Client Success teams to align chat strategies with broader campaign objectives and product launches.
  • Operational Efficiency: Identify bottlenecks in workflow, recommend automation tools, and streamline processes to reduce turnaround time and improve scalability.
  • Reporting & Stakeholder Communication: Produce concise, insight‑rich reports for senior leadership, highlighting trends, successes, and areas for strategic investment.

Essential Qualifications

  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience leading remote or offshore teams, preferably in a call‑center, chat‑support, or digital sales environment.
  • Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding KPI targets related to sales conversion, customer satisfaction, or operational efficiency.
  • Strong background in sales strategy, with hands‑on experience in persuasive copywriting and script development.
  • Exceptional written and spoken English proficiency; ability to coach others on tone, grammar, and brand voice.
  • Proven ability to recruit, interview, and onboard talent in a virtual setting, with a focus on cultural fit and performance potential.
  • Comfortable working flexible hours to align with the Philippines time zones and to provide real‑time coaching when needed.
  • Advanced problem‑solving skills, with a data‑centric mindset and familiarity with analytics platforms (e.g., Google Data Studio, Tableau, or similar).
