You will receive full, paid training, mentorship from senior security professionals, and the chance to work on real‑world projects that protect critical financial data. This role is more than a job—it’s a launchpad into the high‑impact world of cybersecurity, compliance, and identity access management (IAM).

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform accurate data entry tasks, ensuring that all information is captured, validated, and stored in accordance with arenaflex’s data quality standards.
  • Assist the Identity & Access Management (IAM) team in monitoring user access requests, revocation cycles, and compliance audits.
  • Collaborate with senior security analysts to gather, analyze, and interpret data from multiple sources, turning raw data into actionable insights.
  • Support the development and maintenance of IAM policies, procedures, and documentation, helping to keep arenaflex’s security posture robust.
  • Participate in regular security awareness training sessions and apply learned best practices to everyday tasks.
  • Identify opportunities to automate repetitive data entry processes, reducing manual effort and minimizing the risk of human error.
  • Work closely with cross‑functional teams—including engineering, compliance, and risk—to ensure seamless integration of security controls.
  • Contribute to incident response activities by providing timely data and documentation when security events occur.
  • Maintain a high level of confidentiality and integrity when handling sensitive financial and personal information.
  • Continuously improve personal knowledge of emerging security threats, regulatory requirements, and industry standards such as NIST, PCI DSS, and ISO 27001.

Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Data Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in a data‑centric role, with at least 1 year focused on security‑related tasks.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead or mentor a small team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
  • Strong understanding of Identity & Access Management concepts, including lifecycle management, risk assessment, and access controls.
  • Excellent analytical and critical‑thinking skills, with a proven track record of turning complex data sets into clear, actionable recommendations.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, enabling you to convey technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.
  • Adaptability to a fast‑paced, ever‑changing environment, with the capacity to prioritize tasks under tight deadlines.
  • Familiarity with regulatory environments governing financial institutions, especially frameworks such as NIST and PCI DSS.

Preferred Qualifications & Certifications

  • Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CompTIA Security+.
  • Six Sigma or Lean certification demonstrating process‑improvement expertise.
  • Hands‑on experience with risk management tools and security information and event management (SIEM) platforms.
  • Prior exposure to cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) and their associated IAM services.
  • Experience contributing to open‑source security projects or communities.

Core Skills & Competencies

  • Data Accuracy: Meticulous attention to detail when entering, validating, and reconciling data.
  • Security Mindset: An innate understanding of confidentiality, integrity, and availability principles.
  • Collaboration: Ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams across different time zones.
  • Problem Solving: Proactive identification of process inefficiencies and formulation of innovative solutions.
  • Technical Literacy: Comfort with spreadsheets, databases, and basic scripting (e.g., Python, PowerShell) to automate tasks.
  • Leadership Potential: Demonstrated capacity to guide junior staff, provide constructive feedback, and inspire high performance.

  • Annual tuition reimbursement for relevant certifications and degree programs.
  • Opportunities to attend industry conferences, webinars, and internal hackathons that foster innovation.
  • Cross‑training programs that allow you to explore adjacent domains like fraud detection, cloud security, and data governance.
