Position Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Data Entry Analyst to join our Product Management & Analytics team. This role is a full‑time, remote opportunity with flexible night or day shift options, offering a competitive annual salary of $76,000. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving data‑centric product strategy, delivering actionable insights, and supporting the end‑to‑end lifecycle of our Line Increment and Pay Catch initiatives—key pillars of arenaflex’s consumer credit portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monthly Product Performance Reporting: Lead the creation and delivery of comprehensive performance dashboards, integrating data from multiple sources and visualizing trends that influence strategic decisions.
  • Data‑Driven Product Analysis: Conduct deep‑dive analyses using large‑scale data platforms (SQL/HQL) to uncover patterns, identify growth opportunities, and recommend enhancements for the Line Increment and Pay Catch product lines.
  • Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Marketing, Risk, Finance, Research, and Engineering teams to design and execute cross‑functional analytical initiatives that improve product outcomes.
  • Portfolio Management Support: Contribute to the ongoing evaluation of product performance, helping to shape the roadmap and prioritize enhancements based on data‑derived insights.
  • Insightful Presentation & Communication: Translate complex analytical findings into clear, compelling narratives for senior leadership and stakeholder groups, both verbally and in written reports.
  • Continuous Process Improvement: Identify gaps in data collection, reporting, or analysis processes and propose scalable solutions that increase efficiency and accuracy.

Essential Qualifications
