Key Responsibilities
- Data Management & Entry: Accurately input daily FBI fingerprint records into the Access database, verify data integrity, and resolve any discrepancies promptly.
- Compliance Coordination: Maintain ongoing compliance with TSA, U.S. Customs, and U.S. Postal Service requirements by processing fingerprint clearance letters, managing TSA Clearinghouse interactions, and updating status reports.
- HRIS Collaboration: Partner closely with the HR Information System (HRIS) and Employee Central (EC) teams to reconcile compliance data, generate audit‑ready reports, and support system enhancements.
- Audit & Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough audits of completed fingerprint applications, verify accuracy, and re‑submit any records that require correction to the TSA Clearinghouse.
- Reporting & Dashboard Development: Design, build, and maintain custom dashboards that provide real‑time visibility into compliance metrics, turnaround times, and exception handling.
- Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for internal clients, external agencies, and cross‑functional teams, delivering timely updates and resolving inquiries.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline data entry workflows, recommend automation solutions, and contribute to continuous‑improvement initiatives within the Compliance group.

Essential Qualifications

- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of hands‑on experience in HR compliance, data entry, or background screening environments.
- Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with Criminal History Records Check (CHRC) processes and TSA Clearinghouse requirements.
- Technical Proficiency: Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (including VLOOKUP, pivot tables, complex formulas) and solid experience with Microsoft Access databases.
