Position Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Remote Operations & Data Entry Specialist who will serve as the voice of our customers, collect valuable opinions, and ensure flawless data management across multiple platforms. Key Responsibilities

Data Collection & Opinion Sharing

  • Conduct structured opinion‑sharing sessions with participants, capturing qualitative and quantitative feedback accurately.
  • Enter, validate, and maintain data in arenaflex’s secure databases, ensuring completeness and consistency.
  • Collaborate with the Insight Analytics team to flag trends, anomalies, and emerging themes.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality of all participant information in accordance with privacy regulations.

Office & Operational Management (Remote)

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for virtual office communications, including managing arenaflex’s shared inboxes, scheduling virtual meetings, and coordinating mail and package deliveries for remote team members.
  • Oversee the procurement, inventory, and lifecycle of remote‑work equipment (laptops, headsets, ergonomic accessories) and ensure timely replenishment.
  • Administer arenaflex’s cloud‑based collaboration tools (Monday.com, Adobe Creative Cloud, arenaflex Business, VoIP, Keeper Security, HRIS, Zoom, Microsoft 365 suite) and provide first‑line support for technical issues.
  • Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for remote office workflows, ensuring alignment with organizational policies.

IT Coordination & Support

  • Partner with external IT vendors to troubleshoot network connectivity, software installations, and hardware maintenance.
  • Monitor compliance with industry‑standard security protocols and recommend enhancements to protect data integrity.
  • Assist in the rollout of new technology initiatives, from pilot testing to full deployment, providing clear documentation and training materials.

Team Onboarding & Training

  • Facilitate comprehensive onboarding for new remote hires, delivering virtual tours, technology set‑up assistance, and introductions to arenaflex’s culture and values.
  • Create and update training resources that empower team members to use collaboration platforms efficiently.
  • Act as a mentor and resource for colleagues navigating complex workflows or seeking best‑practice guidance.

Strategic Support & Continuous Improvement

Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum three years of experience in office administration, data entry, or remote operations management.
