Research & Recruitment Coordinator
Research, Sourcing & Recruitment Coordinator - Remote Are you the kind of person who loves solving problems online, digging into research, staying organized, and making things happen behind the scenes? KBIC is growing our Academic Obstetrics & Gynecology recruiting division and looking for a highly motivated Research & Recruitment Coordinator to support physician recruitment efforts nationwide. You’ll partner directly with a senior recruiter focused exclusively on women’s health physician searches nationwide. This role combines sourcing, research, database management, and administrative coordination. Day-to-Day
- Researching physicians and academic programs online
- Using tools like ACGME directories, hospital websites, LinkedIn, and academic databases
- Building physician candidate lists and recruiting pipelines
- Drafting simple outreach emails and supporting recruiting campaigns
- Updating recruiting databases and tracking systems
- Scheduling interviews and coordinating communication
- Conducting market and competitor research for physician searches
- Pivoting quickly between searches and priorities as needs change Why KBIC?
