In this role, you’ll connect with individuals who have requested information about supplemental benefit programs, schedule virtual consultations, and guide them through available options.

Key Responsibilities

  • Connect with individuals who have expressed interest in learning about benefit programs
  • Schedule and conduct virtual consultations with clients via Zoom
  • Assess client needs and explain available benefit options clearly and professionally
  • Guide clients through the enrollment process and answer questions
  • Maintain accurate digital records of client interactions
  • Collaborate with team members to share best practices and support team goals
  • Participate in weekly training sessions, team meetings, and leadership development calls
