Program Associate, Teen Philanthropy and Engagement

The salary range for this role is $50,000-$54,000.
Responsibilities
- Lead the strategic planning, execution, and evaluation of all teen philanthropy programs, including the implementation of Honeycomb curricula and Amplifier resources
- Oversee recruitment, application processes, and participant onboarding
- Develop and manage marketing and outreach campaigns
- Build partnerships with local, national, and international nonprofits to source impactful grant proposals
- Cultivate relationships with Jewish educators and youth professionals across Chicago to expand program reach
- Manage teen philanthropy program budget
- Maintain accurate participant data and engagement records in Salesforce
- Represent JUF Teens at professional development and networking events
- Support department-wide teen initiatives, including occasional evening, weekend, and travel-based programming
- Support JUF Campaign and mandatory campaign-related activities on an ongoing basis Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (preferred) in education, social work, nonprofit management, or related field or associate’s degree plus two years of full-time work experience
- 1+ year of work experience, preferably in youth engagement, camping, or an educational setting
- Ability to use Microsoft Office required
- Exceptional communication skills and a passion for inspiring young leaders
- Strong communication skills and fluency in social media platforms
- Knowledge of basic Jewish values, customs, and rituals Nice-to-haves
