Compensation
- $90,000 – $160,000 base salary (depending on experience)

About The Fintech Specialist Role We’re seeking Fintech Specialists to join our talent network and be matched with fintech-focused roles across payments, digital banking, lending, crypto, embedded finance, and financial infrastructure. What You’ll Do
- Support the development, launch, or optimization of fintech products and platforms
- Analyze financial systems, workflows, and data to identify opportunities for improvement
- Collaborate with product, engineering, compliance, and business teams
- Translate business and regulatory requirements into scalable solutions
- Evaluate fintech tools, APIs, and vendors
- Support go-to-market initiatives, partnerships, or client implementations
Ideal Candidate Profile
- 2–6+ years of experience in fintech, financial services, consulting, product, or strategy roles
- Strong understanding of areas such as:
- Payments, lending, digital banking, or financial infrastructure
- APIs, data flows, and fintech platforms
- Comfortable working cross-functionally with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Startup or high-growth environment experience is a plus
