• Required Skills and Qualifications:

• * Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with students.
• * Patience, empathy, and cultural sensitivity, particularly when working with non-native speakers.
• * Proficiency in using online teaching platforms and digital tools such as Zoom, Skype, or similar software.
• * Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• * Experience in teaching English as a second language is a plus but not required.
• Experience:
• * At least 1-2 years of teaching experience, particularly in an online environment or with non-native English speakers, is preferred.
• * Experience in creating and customizing lesson plans based on student needs.
• * Familiarity with different teaching methodologies and tools for remote learning.
• Working Hours:
