Regional Hub Procurement Manager
Job Description:
- Lead procurement activities for the Regional Hub, including sub-award solicitations (RFAs/RFPs), vendor and partner contracting, and competitive procurement processes.
- Draft, review, and manage contracts and sub-award agreements.
- Ensure all procurement and contracting activities comply with state and federal requirements (e.g., Uniform Guidance / 2 CFR 200), NC ROOTS program requirements, and organizational policies and procedures.
- Oversee the full contract lifecycle, including solicitation and selection, contract execution, amendments and modifications, and closeout.
- Identify procurement and contracting risks, including delays in execution, ambiguities in scope or deliverables, and compliance gaps.
Requirements:
- Associate’s degree and three (3) years of experience in procurement, contracts management, grants management, or a related field, including experience managing complex contracts or sub-awards; OR
- Bachelor’s degree and one (1) year of experience in procurement, contracts management, grants management, or a related field, including experience managing complex contracts or sub-awards; OR
- Equivalent combination of education/experience.
- Must have a valid driver’s license.
- Must reside in North Carolina.
