HR Generalist – Marketing & Communications
Job Description:
- Provides human resources services and support including employee relations, compensation, talent management, and benefits.
- Partners with MAC HR Team for accurate execution of HR processes.
- Acts as the primary HR contact for staff and managers, managing HR inquiries.
- Maintains staff actions in HR systems (Workday) and audits records.
- Supports employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Generates and analyzes HR reports identifying trends to measure progress.
- Assists recruiters and hiring managers with recruitments including reviewing resumes and scheduling interviews.
- Responds to HR-related inquiries efficiently.
- Supports training and development opportunities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or 3 years HR related work experience or equivalent combination.
- Experience responding to HR related questions and problems from employees/management.
- Experience in one or more of the following areas: database management and spreadsheet software; constructing and producing reports; data input, manipulation and analysis.
- Experience working with MS Office software, HR information systems and analytics tools.
