What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Provide project management services for the implementation of SAP ECC-related projects
• Create and maintain project management plans, including scope definition and budget estimations
• Deliver projects according to defined scope, timelines, and budget constraints
• Lead a team of consultants from project initiation through to go-live and post-implementation support
• Manage stakeholder relationships on both the digital and business sides of the project

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Proven experience in project management, specifically with SAP ECC implementations
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies, including Waterfall and Agile
• Experience with Change Management processes from an IT perspective
• Proficiency in the Service Now system for project or incident management
• Willingness to travel occasionally to client offices for project work

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Previous experience leading teams of consultants during SAP project implementations
• Familiarity with budget forecasting and financial management in a project context
• Strong stakeholder management skills in a digital environment
• Experience in both Waterfall and Agile project execution methodologies
