Responsibilities
- Oversee office infrastructure including facilities, logistics, and vendor management
- Coordinate setup and maintenance of onsite IT systems, networks, and AV equipment
- Manage vendor relationships including sourcing, negotiation, and performance monitoring
- Handle security systems, access control, and onsite operational protocols
- Enable seamless hybrid collaboration through optimized conference and AV setups
- Manage logistics including deliveries, inventory, and supply chain operations
- Support operational continuity through incident response and preparedness planning
Skills
- Strong experience in office operations, facilities, or logistics management
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Technical understanding of IT setup, networks, and troubleshooting basics
- Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple systems
- Experience with vendor management and operational workflows
- Familiarity with security systems and hybrid workplace environments
- Ability to operate independently in a remote setup with occasional onsite coordination
