Generations Skincare is a Colorado-based, founder-led skincare company based in the foothills outside Denver, focused on science-forward skincare formulations, skin renewal, and luxury biotech innovation. Unlike mass-produced skincare brands, Generations Skincare develops and markets its products in-house with a strong focus on education, thoughtful formulation, and authentic founder storytelling. We are currently preparing for two major visibility opportunities: The launch of EXOGLOW, a luxury biotech serum featuring saffron-derived exosomal vesicle technology National founder visibility surrounding a feature on Inside Success TV – Women in Power We are looking for an experienced freelance PR & media outreach specialist to help secure meaningful press opportunities, beauty editor relationships, podcast features, founder interviews, and media visibility surrounding both the EXOGLOW launch and the Women in Power feature. This is not a “mass email blast” PR role. We are looking for someone who understands: Founder-led storytelling Beauty/wellness media Relationship-based outreach Luxury skincare positioning Thoughtful, personalized pitching About EXOGLOW EXOGLOW is a luxury biotech serum designed to support visible skin renewal, hydration, luminosity, and healthier-looking skin using advanced saffron-derived exosomal vesicle technology paired with dual-weight hyaluronic acid. The brand positioning centers around: Skin regeneration Inflammation as a root cause of aging Founder-led skincare education Luxury meets science Biotechnology inspired by nature Current Founder & Media Opportunities The founder of Generations Skincare was recently featured on Inside Success TV – Women in Power, a television feature highlighting female founders, innovators, entrepreneurs, and business leaders. Part of this PR campaign will include leveraging: The Women in Power feature Founder-story interviews Entrepreneurial media opportunities Beauty and wellness podcast appearances Thought leadership positioning Cross-promotion opportunities connected to the episode and founder story The EXOGLOW product launch and biotechnology positioning We are looking for someone who can help maximize both: The EXOGLOW launch visibility The founder/media momentum surrounding the Women in Power feature
Responsibilities
You will help lead and execute outreach for: Beauty publications Skincare editors Wellness media Entrepreneurial media Podcasts Founder interviews Relevant social/editorial opportunities Responsibilities include: Personalized media outreach to editors, writers, podcasters, and producers Pitching both founder-story and product-innovation angles Professional follow-up communication Organizing outreach tracking spreadsheets Identifying strong-fit beauty/wellness media opportunities Assisting with sample mailer coordination when needed Suggesting strategic PR opportunities Helping position the founder and brand as credible voices in skincare innovation and education Ideal Experience We strongly prefer someone with experience in: Beauty PR Skincare PR Wellness PR Founder-led brands Editorial/media outreach Podcast outreach Boutique or luxury consumer brands Bonus if you have: Existing beauty editor relationships Experience securing podcast interviews Experience pitching founder stories Experience supporting skincare launches Familiarity with biotech/science-forward beauty positioning Important Notes We are a small but growing founder-led company. Compensation
Compensation will depend on experience and proven results.
