About the Role
As a member of our Consultant Network, you’ll have the opportunity to:
- Collaborate on fractional, short-term, or enterprise-level consulting projects
- Serve clients across industries (including agriculture, construction, manufacturing, education, and more)
- Deliver strategic insights, training, facilitation, and advisory services
- Work independently with the backing of a trusted, values-aligned brand
- Be considered for leadership retreats, organizational development engagements, and custom training initiatives
✅ We're Looking For Experts In:
- Human Resources (compliance, total rewards, performance management, HRIS, etc.)
- Talent & Leadership Development (training design, facilitation, succession planning)
- DEI Strategy & Culture Change
- Safety, Risk & Wellbeing (OSHA, safety culture, behavioral safety)
- Executive Coaching & Organizational Design
- Fractional CHRO or Director-level capabilities
Ideal Partner Traits
- 2+ years of relevant leadership or consulting experience
- Operates independently, with strong communication and accountability
- Shares our values: empathy, integrity, strategic clarity, and partnership
- Able to represent the Guided Niche brand with professionalism and care
