Paralegal 3, Contract Support
Job Description:
- Provide comprehensive paralegal support for contract management, documentation, and contract redlining
- Manage contract documentation and legal records while maintaining confidentiality and compliance requirements
- Review and redline high-volume Multi-Dwelling Units and Telecommunications agreements
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate legal document workflows
- Prepare detailed summaries of contracts and legal documents for attorney review
- Process incoming legal notices and coordinate responses with appropriate internal stakeholders
- Draft routine legal correspondence and basic contract modifications using approved templates
- Support contract compliance monitoring by tracking key dates and obligations
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree
- 5-7 years of relevant work experience
- Knowledge of Contract Agreements, Contract Compliance, Contract Negotiations
- Ability to manage high-volume contract pipeline
- Experience in coordinating document production and discovery responses
- Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary
