Compensation

Job Description: Seeking a Microsoft Report Analyst to support data extraction, reporting, and analysis efforts within a large-scale Microsoft Entra/Azure environment. This role will focus on gathering and organizing tenant, fax account, and Exchange mailbox data into actionable reports for business stakeholders. Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Query Microsoft Entra/Azure tenant environments to extract user and mailbox data
- Pull and analyze information related to fax accounts and Exchange mailboxes
- Write and execute KQL (Kusto Query Language) queries
- Develop and run PowerShell scripts for reporting and automation tasks
- Organize findings into clear, business-friendly reports
- Collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders to support decision-making
- Analyze usage trends, account activity, and reporting metrics across large user environments
Minimum Requirements:
- 2 years of hands-on experience performing similar Microsoft reporting and data extraction work
- Experience working within Microsoft Entra/Azure environments
- Strong experience with KQL (Kusto Query Language)
- Proficiency with PowerShell scripting
- Experience supporting large-scale enterprise environments with thousands of users
- Strong reporting, documentation, and data analysis skills
- Ability to communicate technical findings clearly to stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications:
- Background in security, compliance, or IT auditing
- Experience with Exchange/mailbox management and reporting
- Experience presenting technical data to non-technical audiences
- Familiarity with enterprise identity and access reporting processes
