Clinical Social Worker, Remote Telehealth
Our client, a leading provider of mental health services, is seeking compassionate and licensed Clinical Social Workers to join their expanding remote telehealth team. This position offers the unique opportunity to provide vital support to individuals and families from the comfort of your own home, utilizing a secure and HIPAA-compliant virtual platform. You will conduct assessments, provide individual and group therapy, and develop comprehensive treatment plans for a diverse client population. This role is essential in increasing access to quality mental healthcare across various communities. Key Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments and diagnostic evaluations via telehealth. Provide individual, family, and group therapy using evidence-based practices (e.g., CBT, DBT, Motivational Interviewing). Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to client needs and goals. Provide crisis intervention and support to clients experiencing acute distress. Maintain accurate and timely client records in accordance with ethical and legal standards. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals and community resources to ensure comprehensive client care. Educate clients and families on mental health conditions, treatment options, and coping strategies. Participate in regular supervision, case consultations, and professional development activities. Stay updated on best practices in telehealth and clinical social work. Advocate for clients' needs and connect them with appropriate community services. Qualifications: Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution. Current and unrestricted Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license in
North Carolina
(or ability to obtain licensure in other states as needed). Minimum of 3 years of post-master's clinical experience providing therapy and counseling. Proficiency in using electronic health record (EHR) systems and telehealth platforms. Strong understanding of mental health diagnoses, treatment modalities, and ethical principles. Excellent active listening, empathy, and communication skills. Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and maintain professional boundaries in a remote setting. Reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated, private workspace. Experience with diverse populations and a commitment to culturally competent care.
