• The identification and acquisition of new customers and business partners that fit our strategy
• You drive new business and pitch projects forward – as needed, also in the role of project lead
• You lead, develop, and coach your teams and create the basis for sustainable, excellent results
• You are responsible for the holistic management of your customers and teams and continuously optimize processes, resources, and workflows
• You act as the first strategic contact and advise proactively across all relevant media types and target groups (HCPs, patients, caregivers, etc.)
• You are the central interface between operational business and management
• You actively position agency and network services, present data-driven communication strategies, trends, and studies and highlight cross-selling potentials

Your Skills For MWO:

• Completed commercial training or a degree in marketing, communication, media, or a comparable qualification
• At least 5+ years of relevant professional experience in the marketing, communication, or media environment, ideally in the healthcare sector with direct customer contact
• Experience and passion in new business management
• Very good German and English skills in speech and writing
• Confident demeanor, high presentation security, and a solution-oriented mindset
• Proven leadership experience combined with a strong team spirit
• Very good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
• Independent, structured, and proactive working style
• High analytical understanding and strategic thinking
